Freelance Social Video Editors (vertical) - May 11th -29th
Our client, a D2C wellness company, is looking for Freelance Video Editors to assist their team with a social media project - Starting May 11th - 29th . This is a fully remote role and will be part-time hours (20-30 hrs per week) through May! This role has the potential to lead to more long-term video work, if workload picks up. The Freelance Video Editor (Social) will: -work within Adobe Premiere (and other platforms like CapCut, or in-app editing dashboards for TikTok, Instagram, etc.) -edit both low-fi iPhone / UGC footage as well as hi-fi (Sony FX3, multi-cam) footage into engaging, digestible social videos -handle basic color correction / grading -create subtitles/captions optimized for social viewing -execute light motion graphics / basic animation + knowledge of After Effects -handle social platform cropping, and reframing for different platforms -package files for team handoff, and handle project file management -work in a fast-paced, high-volume social environment The Freelance Video Editor (Social) has: -ideally 2+ years of experience editing videos for social media (low-fi and hi-fi) as well as fluency in social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook -experience in Adobe Premiere, and CapCut (big plus if you have experience in After Effects / basic motion skills) -your own computer, and the ability to work remote In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
