Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Retrieving and recording data from approximately 330 documents, focusing on 12 specific attributes per document, such as contract type and effective date.
- Accurately entering the collected data into a designated worksheet.
- Collaborating with the Legal team to address any questions or clarifications.
- Maintaining data accuracy and quality, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and address any challenges.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
