Job Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and executing the logistics of commodity and import completed vehicle shipments
- Booking and coordinating the most cost-effective and efficient means to import and trade merchandise within anticipated requirements
- Arranging and assisting sea and air transporters to set up transportation plans
- Ensuring that commodity cycles are in compliance with organization and industry quality certification standards (CI, Traditions, etc.)
- Ideal arrangement logistics profile in framework and setting up undeniably required documentation (Sea Bill of Lading, Delivery Guidance, IMO, etc.) for import and product capabilities
- Providing exceptional support to our partners throughout the shipment cycle, including prompt responses to requests and issue resolution
- Supporting logistics leadership with gathering and distributing logistics dashboards and metrics
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with sea and air cargo, including knowledge of Incoterms and broad cargo sending terms and standards
- Proficiency in Scene, SQL, and Salesforce, or more
- Ability to travel up to 10%
