Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • A reliable computer with the following specifications:

+ Window PC or Laptop: Operating 10 or 11 + USB Port and Headset + Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN)/ mini 30 mbps download / mini 10 mbps upload + Memory: 12GB of Ram + Dual Monitors and webcam (Required)
