Responsibilities
As an Experienced Outbound Call Center Agent – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling typing and data entry tasks efficiently
- Making outbound calls related to various programs and projects
- Upselling products and services as needed
- Scheduling appointments in a business-to-customer context
- Staying informed about campaign products, services, and promotions
- Documenting interactions carefully and maintaining professionalism
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Excellent people skills and active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
- Sales experience is a plus
Requirements
* At least one year of call center experience, including working with automatic dialers and call scripts (remote candidates only)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in an outbound call environment
Education Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
