Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services. You'll work from home in Tennessee, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, with a set schedule and regular breaks.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues

  • Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Provide personalized recommendations for arenaflex products and services, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, and engaging with your manager or support team for assistance when needed
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services when issues arise

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.54 - $17.36 per hour, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with occasional overtime required
  • Ability to work from home in Tennessee, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and systems
  • Expert knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

Work From Home Requirements

* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)

  • Compliance with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
  • Participation in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
