Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products and services, assist customers with product setup, navigation, and usage, and document customer interactions and technical issues in the internal system. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
