Job Description
As a Remote Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will process reservations, cancellations, and flight changes, assist customers with baggage claims and lost items, and provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures. You will also escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Process reservations, cancellations, and flight changes
- Assist customers with baggage claims and lost items
- Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to navigate computer systems and operate multiple software applications simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
