Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and online chats to assist customers with a variety of inquiries related to prescription refills, billing, insurance claims, and healthcare products. You'll also play a key role in resolving issues, offering support, and educating customers on arenaflex's digital tools and services. Our fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., allowing you to maintain a work-life balance that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

+ Provide responsive, courteous service to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). + Answer questions related to prescription services, insurance claims, healthcare plans, and general inquiries. + Help customers navigate arenaflex's online platforms for managing prescriptions, refills, and account information.

Prescription and Healthcare Assistance:

+ Assist customers in filling, transferring, or updating their prescriptions. + Work closely with pharmacists to address any concerns or provide detailed information on medication usage and potential side effects. + Offer advice and guidance to customers on using arenaflex's home delivery and digital healthcare tools.

Insurance and Billing:

+ Support customers with insurance claim questions, helping them understand their coverage, billing statements, and payment options. + Verify customer insurance details and process claims in collaboration with insurance providers. + Resolve any discrepancies related to billing and payment issues.

Problem Resolution:

+ Handle customer complaints professionally, offering appropriate solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction. + Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution. + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

+ Accurately enter and update customer data in arenaflex's system, ensuring all interactions are logged. + Adhere to arenaflex's policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer records are always up to date.

Team Collaboration:

+ Partner with other departments such as pharmacy, billing, and insurance to resolve customer issues and improve service offerings. + Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and offer suggestions for process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.

Excellent Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify issues and find efficient solutions that meet both the customer's and company's needs.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using computer systems, including customer management software, online chat tools, and other digital platforms.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in maintaining accurate customer records and following procedures.

Healthcare Knowledge:

(Preferred but not required) Familiarity with healthcare services, prescription processing, and insurance billing.
