Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketplace Operations Specialist to support our growing presence on TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, influencer/affiliate seeding, and digital merchandising. As part of a fast-paced team, you will play a vital role in managing product listings, collaborating with influencers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that content is optimized for each platform.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Affiliate Seeding

Identify, coordinate, and manage outreach to TikTok affiliates and creators to seed product samples, ensuring strong engagement and tracking results. Cultivate relationships with influencers and affiliates to increase brand visibility and drive sales through organic content creation.

Marketplace Management

Manage product listings on TikTok Shop and other e-tailer platforms, ensuring accurate inventory, pricing, and product descriptions. Update and maintain product content, ensuring it is optimized for each marketplace and aligned with current promotions or product launches. Troubleshoot listing or technical issues across marketplaces, working proactively with platform support teams to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Content Organization

Ensure product assets such as images, videos, and descriptions are current and optimized for each platform, maintaining consistency and quality. Collaborate with the content team to ensure engaging and on-brand content is available for use on e-commerce platforms.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Assist in monitoring engagement, sales, and affiliate activity, providing regular updates to the team on the performance of products and campaigns. Track the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and affiliate campaigns to ensure measurable impact.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, launches, and campaigns, ensuring that all assets are aligned and executed smoothly. Assist in coordinating product launches, ensuring all related content is prepared and published on time across all platforms.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate). Experience working with Figma and Canva (or similar design tools) to create content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are managed effectively and efficiently. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. High-level understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, with deep knowledge of TikTok best practices and trends. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to think outside the box to drive engagement and improve processes. Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in herbal medicine and natural health solutions.

Successfully growing the brand’s TikTok Shop and e-commerce presence through effective affiliate seeding and content management. Smooth management of product listings and content updates across multiple platforms. Increased engagement and sales through influencer partnerships and affiliate campaigns. Timely and effective troubleshooting of technical issues and a well-maintained product catalog.
