Remote Recruitment is seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution efforts. Responsibilities

Design and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. Manage and guide a team of writers and designers to produce a variety of content formats, including blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and social media posts. Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly to foster engagement and conversion. Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and attract organic traffic. Analyze content performance using marketing analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all planned materials while meeting deadlines. Coordinate with the sales and product teams to highlight key messages in our content.

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B sector. Strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and successful content campaigns. Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems. Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content decisions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate ideas. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus. Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.
