About the Role:

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, serving as a liaison between car buyers and dealerships for one of the world's most renowned automotive brands. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer service via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Utilize your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your interactions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Develop and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers

Skills for Success:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders is crucial in this role.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in using a computer and navigating the web is essential for researching requests and accurately recording interactions.
  • Typing skills: A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute is required, and we encourage you to take a free typing test to assess your skills.
  • Customer service experience: A minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers.
  • Availability: You must be available to work shifts within our call center's hours of operation, which include Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be an Indiana resident
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment
