Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Live Chat Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to customers via our website and social media channels. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided, so you don't need any prior experience in live chat sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers via our website and social media channels

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Work independently to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets

Requirements

* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
