Position Summary

We're hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area to join our Caremark Member Operations division of arenaflex's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and security of member information

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of member information

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
