Our Marketing and Loyalty Team

Our Marketing and Loyalty team is the driving force behind arenaflex's industry-leading brand and customer experience. We're responsible for transforming customers into lifelong arenaflex flyers, and we're committed to delivering exceptional results through our marketing communications, research, and brand teams. Our product, design, and service teams work tirelessly to bring the arenaflex brand to life in our lounges and on our aircraft, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity, you'll have the opportunity to join our cutting-edge AdTech design team and lead the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms. Your expertise in client data platforms, identity charts, and universal identifiers will be instrumental in architecting a comprehensive customer profile that enables targeted advertising and drives business results.

Responsibilities:

* Engineer and execute a thorough customer identity system tailored to our company's vision and objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our frameworks
  • Apply solutions like client data platforms and identity charts to create unified customer profiles and enhance personalization efforts
  • Execute universal identifiers like UID 2.0, Match, and incline id to improve data interoperability and identity resolution
  • Develop methodologies to collect, manage, and utilize customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data security regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for AdTech and customer data management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role
  • 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management
  • Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale advertising delivery frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of client data platforms, identity charts, and universal identifiers
  • Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing
  • Experience with data development strategies and tools
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization
  • Past experience in architecting solutions

  • A graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Working experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
  • Experience with data clean rooms

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $132,000 to $193,600, depending on experience, education, and skills.
