Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You'll have the chance to grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential and taking your career to new heights.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
