Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our digital media and advertising operations team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across a range of systems and platforms. You will work closely with our advertising and media teams to ensure that all data is accurate and complete, and that our campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data across a range of systems and platforms
* Work closely with our advertising and media teams to ensure that all data is accurate and complete
* Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Analyze and report on data trends and insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising and media partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital media and advertising
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
* 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
* 5+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Experience with digital media and advertising operations
* Knowledge of industry trends and developments in digital media and advertising
* Certification in data analysis or a related field
