Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, handling a high volume of calls from patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve patients' questions on the first call, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patients' questions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with patients to resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
  • Utilize computer systems to access patient information, update records, and process transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
