Our products are sold in the homecare, long-term care, retail, and e-commerce channels in more than 100 countries around the world. “Leading the World with Innovative Solutions that Enhance Lives” Summary (Major Purpose of the Role): Drive is seeking a highly motivated and Inside sales-driven Ecommerce Account Representative to support and grow our ecommerce business across key online retailers in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. This role will be remote. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across ecommerce channels, supporting online retail partners, and identifying opportunities to expand product distribution and sales performance. The Ecommerce Account Representative will work closely with both internal teams and ecommerce partners to optimize product listings, support promotional initiatives, and grow online revenue. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales, inside sales, or ecommerce experience, a strong interest in digital commerce, and a proven ability to manage accounts while identifying opportunities to grow sales. Main Activities/Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Sales Performance

  • Own and manage a portfolio of ecommerce retail partners with the goal of driving revenue growth across online channels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account expansion, product placement, and promotional opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through assortment expansion, promotional activity, and improved digital merchandising.
  • Proactively pitch new products, bundles, and marketing opportunities to ecommerce retail partners.
  • Monitor daily and weekly ecommerce sales performance and adjust account strategies to meet revenue goals.

Account Development & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with ecommerce retail partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day account needs including product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by adding new SKUs, launching new products, or securing additional merchandising placements.
  • Support onboarding of new ecommerce retail partners.

Ecommerce Execution & Marketplace Support

  • Ensure product listings are optimized with accurate content, images, and descriptions to drive conversion.
  • Monitor online pricing, competitive activity, and product positioning across ecommerce platforms.
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure strong ecommerce execution.

Competencies: Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track account performance against monthly sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting on ecommerce revenue, product performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze marketplace and retailer performance to identify areas to improve conversion, traffic, and revenue.

Reporting Relationships and Supervision: The Ecommerce Account Representative reports directly to the VP of Ecommerce Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, ecommerce, or account management
  • Strong interest in ecommerce and online retail sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing revenue‑generating opportunities
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools

The salary range for this role is $53,920.00 to $61,400.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies. This position is eligible for a bonus of up to $24k per year based on the achievement of performance targets.
