Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Live Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify problems and implement solutions quickly.

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:
