Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Filing physical copies of data accurately and efficiently
  • Verifying invoice details and handling invoice payments with precision
  • Cross-checking and rectifying data entry errors to ensure data integrity
  • Adhering to quality control measures at all times to maintain high standards
  • Ensuring that there is no duplication of data to prevent errors and inconsistencies
  • Gathering all required documents and personal details from clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing and cataloguing data with appropriate tags to facilitate easy access and retrieval
  • Providing exceptional customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service to build strong relationships with clients
  • Entering purchase and sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Performing daily research tasks to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining inventory levels and processing data entry tasks with precision
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management to support business operations

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven work experience in the Administrative department as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Typist, or an equivalent position
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Demonstrating an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Good written and oral communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of data entry software and systems
