Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customer needs
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 18 years of age
  • A quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions
  • Residency in Texas (if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions to apply)
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability, including evenings and weekends
