About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting talent acquisition operations through effective vendor management, project coordination, and administrative oversight. This role ensures seamless project execution by overseeing recruitment tools, managing vendor relationships, tracking expenses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment processes and drive return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contact with vendors regarding recruitment tools, tool usage, and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, renewals, and service level agreements while tracking performance to ensure optimal utilization and ROI
  • Track and manage expenses related to recruitment tools and vendor partnerships
  • Validate vendor invoices for accuracy and partner with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to maximize effectiveness of recruitment tools, including campaigns such as Handshake
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruiting operations
  • Ensure strong organizational practices to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and improve recruitment tool performance
  • Communicate effectively with directors and internal stakeholders through written, verbal, and presentation formats

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience partnering with Talent Acquisition vendors
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
