Full Stack Team Lead
Fluent Trade Technologies is the fastest ‘end-to-end’ data & trading technology provider in the FX, FI, and Futures markets. As a market leader with a significant Tier 1 & 2 client base in the financial world, we are looking for a high-caliber Full-Stack Team Lead to join our engineering team. The Position We are seeking a hands-on leader to head our application team. This is a 50% Hands-on / 50% Management role, managing a team of up to 5 developers & QA and reporting directly to the VP R&D. The position is fully remote. What you will do: Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers & qa, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth. Act as a hands-on leader, spending 50% of your time on core development and architecture. Lead projects within our application team, creating high-end automatic financial trading systems. Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Take an active role in requirements definition and DevOps processes.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role. At least 4 years of development experience within the Microsoft stack: C# / .NET / .Net Core / MVC / Angular / HTML5 / Web Sockets. Proven experience in Multithreading, system architecture, and LINQ. Strong experience with SQL DB (MySQL) – including Stored Procedures, performance, and tuning. Full-lifecycle development experience, from initial design through to QA. High proficiency in English. Advantages: Experience in the financial industry. Experience with Solace messaging bus.
