Position Purpose: The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes. Job Requirements:

  • Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
  • Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
  • Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
  • Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
  • Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes

Qualifications:

  • One to Three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
