Overview

The Marketing Cloud is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our growing suite of AI-powered solutions built for the modern marketer. In this role, you’ll drive product marketing initiatives across key offerings within our market research, communications tech, and media business units. Your work will span market research, competitive intelligence, positioning and messaging, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments and is comfortable working across complex organizations. Experience with B2B martech SaaS is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Product Marketing center of excellence for The Marketing Cloud, partnering closely with the brand marketing, product, and commercial teams. Develop clear product positioning and value propositions that differentiate our solutions across multiple customer segments. Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major enhancements, including launch planning, cross-functional coordination and performance tracking. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and messaging. Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, demos, and training sessions to support adoption and drive growth. Partner with product management to translate customer insights, market needs and usage data into product opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving AI and marketing technology landscape to guide roadmap and GTM strategy.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent. 6+ years of professional experience. 3+ years in product marketing or product management within B2B martech SaaS in market research, communications tech or digital advertising. Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools and emerging technologies. Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and lead without authority. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to shape decisions. Highly organized, strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
