What You'll Do: Onboarding/Offboarding Excellence: Coordinate the logistics for new hires and offboarding for employees leave. Continue to find ways to in People Analytics: Help maintain our HRIS (ADP) and assist in building dashboards for turnover, diversity, and engagement metrics. Employee Experience: Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person culture events, lunch-and-learns, and wellness initiatives. Recruiting Coordination: Assist our Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a smooth "candidate-to-employee" journey. Special Projects: Own at least one long-term project, such as auditing our internal wiki (Notion/Confluence) or research for new benefit offerings. Who You Are: A current student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Tech-Savvy: You live in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, and you aren't afraid to learn new SaaS tools quickly, experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini & ChatGPT) is highly desired. Discreet: You understand the sensitivity of People data and can be trusted with confidential information. Proactive: You don't wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and suggest a way to fix it. Communication Pro: You can write clear, engaging emails and internal announcements. Why us?
