What You'll Do As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues * Providing knowledgeable and empathetic support to customers, using scripted customer feedback to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Maintaining open communication with managers and colleagues to stay informed about best practices and areas for improvement * Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participating in virtual team environments and activities to stay connected with colleagues and stay up-to-date on company news and initiatives Who You Are We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
