Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service and achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer orientation and a compassionate approach to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
