Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
• Dispatching proper authorities when necessary
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as you'll be working a variety of shifts
• Computer literacy, with experience using software applications and technology

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holidays
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends as needed
