Your Role:

As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office (located just off the LRR), you will be ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. You will be handling corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with our clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email
  • Putting together quotes and processing orders
  • Dealing with our fulfillment teams
  • Providing crucial support in resolving client issues
  • Handling a diverse workload and making this the perfect opportunity to learn and grow within our organization

What We Seek:

* A commitment to professional development, excellence, and integrity demonstrated by a Bachelor's degree or enrollment in college with evening classes or equivalent work experience

  • Strong writing skills and a command of the English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
