About the Company

Our client is an established distributor of chemical raw materials, supporting manufacturers across the construction and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, they are now investing in growth to expand their footprint across Poland. Responsibilities · Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions · Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers · Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products · Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications · Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications · Track market trends and competitor activity Requirements · 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector · Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners · Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly · Fluent English · Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland · Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials – not essential · Early experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles What’s in it for you? · Competitive salary of 11,000 PLN plus bonus · Company car, laptop and phone · Health insurance and multisport card · Clear progression path in a growing division · Autonomy with support from experienced leadership Apply To This Job
