Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to detail and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions.
  • Design custom and out-of-the-box solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide daily support and training for Microsoft 365.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for Microsoft 365.
  • Support SharePoint migration efforts to M365.
  • Build and maintain effective work relationships within the team and company.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Skills

  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in task management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 offerings like Teams and Exchange.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
  • Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent tools.
  • Understanding of third-party solutions integrating with SharePoint.
