Principal Engineer - Python Automation

Develop and maintain a robust and efficient Python automation framework for Comcast systems and processes. Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of the Python automation framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of the automation framework. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Python and automation to drive innovation within the team. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and management. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the automation framework. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are maintained. Develop and maintain documentation for the automation framework and processes. Collaborate with other teams to integrate the automation framework into existing systems and processes. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the automation framework. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to software development and automation. Take ownership of the automation framework and drive its success within the organization.
