BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) - Help Shape a New ABA Clinic

Smilestone ABA is a growing ABA practice in the startup and credentialing phase, preparing to launch in-home and clinic-based services. Founded by a BCBA intern with hands-on clinical experience, Smilestone ABA was created with a clear mission: to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services that truly support both clients and their families. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to grow to full-time
• Location: Remote

This role will begin during the credentialing and startup phase with minimal hours and will grow as client services begin.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for RBTs
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and support
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
• Collaborate on clinical structure and program development
• Assist with or provide guidance during the insurance credentialing and intake process
• Support development of clinical systems, documentation, and workflows during the startup phase
• Collaborate on establishing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide input on scheduling, service structure, and clinical operations as the practice grows
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and clinical standards during initial setup

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification required
• Must have Georgia License (LBA) or be willing to obtain if out-of-state
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible environment

Compensation

• $75–$95 per hour (based on experience)
• Flexible schedule
• Low initial caseload

This is a W-2 position with hourly compensation based on billable services. Hours will begin minimally during the startup and credential phase and will increase as clients are onboarded. As Smilestone ABA expands into a clinic setting, this role has the potential to grow into a larger position, including leadership opportunities.
