Company Description: New York Behavioral Health (NYBH) is a leading behavioral health practice with four locations, including Roslyn, Garden City, Rockville Centre, and New York, dedicated to providing expert care using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our goal is to help clients reduce emotional pain, enhance coping skills, and improve life satisfaction, productivity, and relationships. Role Description: NYBH is currently seeking full-time and part-time licensed or unlicensed professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and mental health counselors, to join our evidence-based practice. Experience with evidence-based therapies is highly valued. Ongoing weekly training is provided to support continuous clinical and professional development. These roles are primarily based in Roslyn and Garden City, NY, with in person required part of the time, as well as some teletherapy on other days. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability, is preferred. Requirements:

• Licensed (or licensure-eligible) to practice psychotherapy in New York State.
• Experience and interest in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and/or families in an outpatient setting.
• A dedication to provide the highest standard of evidence-based care.
• Must carry individual professional liability insurance.
• Wish to have autonomy in their clinical practice but be a part of a team.
• Desire and competence to work with individuals of all different cultural backgrounds.
• Preference given to therapists with evening and weekend availability.
