Logistics Coordinator - Materials Coordinator

PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator – Materials Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving operational excellence and will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in materials management and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. If you are dedicated to being an integral part of a world-class supply chain operation, this is the role for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in a logistics coordination, materials management, or related role• Proven expertise in inventory management and supply chain operations• Ability to analyze data and create reports• Excellent communication and customer service skills• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Coordinate the flow of materials within the supply chain. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are available for production. Track and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in logistics processes. Create and maintain accurate reports and records of material movements. Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Research solutions to resolve logistics issues.
