As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Whether it's answering their questions, providing product consultations, or finding resolutions to their issues, you'll be the key to turning their customer experience into an exceptional one. A Typical Day in the Life

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Continuously learn and improve your product knowledge to provide the best possible service to our customers

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
  • Residency in North Carolina or surrounding areas
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
