Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Having access to high-speed internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to high-speed internet connection
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Flexibility to take part in discussions online or in-person
Preferred Qualifications
While customer service representative agent experience is not necessary, we prefer candidates who have:
