Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Digital Database Management and Customer Support

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases, while also providing top-notch customer support to our residents and their families. Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Creating spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders * Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database * Updating customer information in a database * Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet * Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records * Operating common office equipment, like scanners and printers * Performing regular database backups to secure data * Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents * Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically * Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors * Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry * Providing data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis * Staying current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Minimum 1 year's prior experience in customer service and/or data entry * Computer experience: Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook * Good communication skills * Personal time management and organization skills * The ability to use databases and search for information within them * The ability to input data accurately and quickly * Ability to learn quickly * Strong communication and customer service skills, both oral and written * Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations * Minimum 1 year's prior experience in customer service and/or data entry * Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities * Work from home position/High speed reliable internet connection a must Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with digital databases and data entry software * Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience working in a home environment care setting or similar industry Benefits and Compensation * Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $35.00/hour * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Opportunity to work from home with a high-speed reliable internet connection * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role * Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
