Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our card members. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You'll handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and meeting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from card members in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing information about products and services, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
- Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including metrics such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Staying updated on company policies and procedures, including product and service offerings
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
