Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and bookings over the phone and through email. You'll also assist passengers with any issues they may encounter during their travel experience.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
