Position Overview The Brand Representative will serve as the face of our company within dispensaries and at promotional events throughout Ohio. This role is responsible for educating both dispensary staff and consumers, driving brand awareness, and increasing product sales through engaging, informative interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Host in-person product education sessions for dispensary staff and consumers
- Build strong relationships with dispensary teams to support brand visibility and sales
- Confidently communicate product knowledge, benefits, and differentiators
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and promotional activations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with Ohio cannabis regulations
- Track and report on activations, feedback, and sales insights
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in the cannabis industry strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of cannabis products, formats, and effects
- Passion for cannabis and enthusiasm for educating others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the state of Ohio, Cincinnati area, as needed
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must meet all state legal requirements for working in the cannabis industry
- Submission of Weekly Expense Reports
