Computer-Based Training (CBT) Developer Location: Remote Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance (as required) Level: Junior to Mid-Level

Job Description

The CBT Developer supports end-to-end instructional design and digital learning development. This role partners with SMEs to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions, including micro-learning and computer-based training assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop CBTs, micro-learning videos, and digital learning content
  • Create interactive e-learning, infographics, and performance support tools
  • Translate learning objectives into engaging instructional experiences
  • Ensure a consistent and polished learner experience
  • Support classroom instruction with digital learning assets

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline), Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Background in instructional design or training development
  • Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
