About the Role

We're seeking ambitious, client-driven individuals who are eager to provide world-class customer support. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners. You'll utilize various systems and tools to respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners

  • Provide expert-level support in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 25 words per minute (WPM) typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
