Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish – communication level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Communications Skills)
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical Skills and Problem-solving
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player and respectful of authority
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
