Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You'll also be responsible for triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work in a closed-door pharmacy setting, where you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring timely completion

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
