SAP MBC SME (Hands-On Implementation Support) - Remote
Description: Resource Request: SAP MBC SME (Hands-On Implementation Support) Looking for a strong SAP MBC consultant to support an active customer implementation (Array Technologies).
- Need: This is not advisory we need someone to hands-on guide the customer end-to-end through the MBC setup and configuration.
- Current Issues:
- Customer expected MBC to act like a simple SFTP “postmaster” reality is more complex
- Challenges with outbound XML/payment files (FIN+/format alignment)
- Lack of clarity on end-to-end flow (ERP ↔ MBC ↔ Bank)
- No prior MBC implementation experience on customer side What we need from the resource:
- Hands-on MBC configuration experience (not just architecture)
- Experience with: o SWIFT / FIN / ISO 20022 o Bank connectivity (SFTP, SWIFT)
- Ability to: o Walk the customer through setup step-by-step o Define what needs to be configured on both MBC and ERP side o Help troubleshoot file routing / format issues
- Support through build → testing → go-live → stabilization Goal: Get the customer fully implemented and confident in MBC, with clear understanding of setup, limitations, and operations.
