Role Description This is a fee for service Virtual Psychotherapist role for Clinicians licensed in NY or NJ. The Virtual Psychotherapist will provide individual and couples counseling for clients dealing with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD, as well as supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed treatment plans and documentation, and collaborating with a professional and compassionate team in a specialized, integrative care environment. The role focuses on providing client-centered, trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent and neurotypical adults and couples.

Qualifications

Expertise in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health practices Experience and skills in Relationship Counseling Foundational knowledge in Medicine as it relates to mental health care Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Proficiency in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrative therapeutic approaches Licensure or provisional LSW's needing supervision in New York or New Jersey (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and couples is highly beneficial Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural humility Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
