Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team and drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consulting on Customer Success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they achieve their goals.
  • Maintaining Working Product Knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, providing solutions to their pain points.
  • Tracking Interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • 1-2 Years Proven Experience in Supporting Client Success: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting client success in a similar role.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally, to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Ability to Address Complaints and Issues with Effective Solutions and a Positive Attitude: A customer-centric approach to resolving complaints and issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for Delighting Customers with Above and Beyond Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Skills: The ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM System: Experience using a CRM system to track customer interactions and manage relationships.
